Note: Candidates can apply for Session-2 separately from 20th April to 2nd May 2026, if they missed the initial registration period or want to appear only in Session-2. Any changes in dates or other important announcements will be communicated on the official website.

Yes, BITSAT exam is conducted in two sessions - Session 1 (May) and Session 2 (June). Candidates can choose to appear in either one session or both sessions.
Candidates must have passed Class 12 examination with a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology, and at least 60% marks in each of these subjects individually. Only students appearing for Class 12 in 2026 or who have passed in 2025 are eligible.
BITSAT is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam duration is 3 hours and consists of multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Proficiency, and Logical Reasoning.
BITSAT scores are accepted for admission to BITS Pilani (Pilani Campus), BITS Goa, and BITS Hyderabad for various integrated first-degree programs in Engineering, Pharmacy, and Sciences.
Yes, candidates can choose to appear in both sessions. A candidate may appear a maximum of two times in BITSAT 2026. You can opt for both sessions at the time of initial application, or apply for Session-2 separately from 20th April to 2nd May 2026 if you initially registered only for Session-1. If a candidate appears in both sessions, the higher of the two scores will be considered for admission to B.E., M.Sc., and B.Pharm programs.
For India and Nepal test centers: Only Session-1 costs Rs. 3,600 (male) or Rs. 3,100 (female/transgender). Both sessions cost Rs. 5,600 (male) or Rs. 4,600 (female/transgender). For Dubai test center: Only Session-1 costs Rs. 7,250 and both sessions cost Rs. 9,250 (all candidates). The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
